Our office has used GetMyTime for the last 9 years or so. It synch’s with Quickbooks and is relatively easy to use. Every so often I check around to see what else is out there, and lately I’ve been looking at this online site Harvest.

I know there are a few other similar web sheets, e.g. Replicon Websheet, Virtual Software Timesheet, Journyx Timesheet, EZtime.

Harvest looks nice for it’s simplicity and graphic reporting style.

What are other people’s experience with web timesheets?

We use Exaktime (http://www.exaktime.com/clockpoint-kiosk.aspx)  in the office,  we use their pocket clocks for our mobile crews : (http://www.exaktime.com/pocketclockgps-specs.aspx)  and for the shop and for large projects we use these clocks: (http://www.exaktime.com/jobclockex-specs.aspx)  The system integrates to various accounting systems and allows you to track time by job and by various operations (such as bobcat operator time on a specific job)  For design build there is no better system.  For Design/Build Job Costing is on equal footing with design.  If you are not accurately costing each job you won’t stay finacially healthy for long.  Costing materials is the easy part.  Costing employee time has always been the most difficult job in Job Costing.  With this system it is a breeze!  Each key assigned to an employee is serialized for that employee only. The Pocket clock GPS system takes a GPS reading everytime someone clocks in.  It works real smooth.
