It’s an interview with Tim Thoelecke discussing his “10 Step Design Process”. Tim has 20 years of experience as a designer and has designed some pretty incredible projects in and around Chicago. He’s also the founder of the American Academy of Landscape Design (AALD).
A couple of his “steps” and ideas really stood out to me– his “Budget Study” and his “Subcontractor Agreement”.
I’ll be implementing these two gems in my business.
There are some great takeaways in this podcast for all landscape designers and LA’s.
