I believe that many entry-level LAs would benefit from a licensure mentoring program. It is hard to justify the cost and usefulness of credentials when you’re just starting your career; especially when many firm’s are hesitant to pay these costs for entry-level employees considering the current economic climate. A licensure scholarship or loan program would be amazing as well.
