I finally passed C! Passed 4 of the 5 the first time, but this was round 3 with Section C. Yippee! Sayonara, LARE!

I took section C. My plan was to get through the test on my trace without putting it on the test sheets. Get them worked out and leave the labeling and all that for the end. Once upon a time, the reference manual had symbols for plants used in planting plan vignettes. These disappeared in 2006. I suspect this is what you may be referring to.
