Very cool. I look forward to reading it. In the meantime, we are still using our Excel spreadsheets (since 17 years) and might just find someone who can code our way into a more sophisticated time-tracking system….

Thanks for looking into this. We are testing Studiometry on our server and need to have 10 inputting time data, so it is set up for multiple users contributing information. There are some components that seem superfluous and busy as well as a few extra input strokes to get daily time logged in but we are looking for short-cuts.

I just got news from a colleague using Deltek that told me that it would help to be an account before using the software. Thanks for your insight.

In Switzerland you should look into a couple of firms. Zurich: Rotlzer and Krebs, Guido Hager, Vogt Landscape. Lausanne: Paysagestion and Christophe Husler. If you need any insight about what to visit or some initial contact with these offices, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Craig Verzone – http://www.vwa.ch, http://www.terragrams.com

Hi Brian,
Perhaps one of the best ways to get a company to produce furniture is to have a bigger project to put it into. We have found that without a real project, a budget and public destination for a prototype, site furniture ideas won’t leave your office. Good luck.

1) depends upon the height you will be making. 8mm is fine for a 50cm seat wall.
2) continuous reinforced concrete footing to frost level. weld rebar to plate to extend deeply into foundation. plate should be embedded into concrete. good drainage must happen behind (gravel, geotex + drainage pipe)
3) ???
4) good welding. where you weld on the…[Read more]
