Design Implementation 16 years, 8 months agoAs someone who spent years as a contractor before going back to school, i can tell you that often the person you deal with in the office, or the supervisor, isn’t always going to be on site when the plan implementation starts. The few LARs that I worked with back home, made it a point to make sure that all plans were easy to read/understand, or in…[Read more]

Design Implementation 16 years, 8 months agoFor a Landscape Architect to truy be successful as a designer, he has to be able to communicate on the level of the contractor. 3ds max + landscape architecture 16 years, 8 months agoI use mental ray as well. I think for rendering perspectives it works pretty well but Brazil seems to be ideal for animations since it shortens the rendering time without sacrificing too much quality.

3ds max + landscape architecture 16 years, 8 months agoI’ll see if I can get a hold of the 64 bit version of Brazil later tonight. My buddy sent me VRay too but there was something wrong with the zip file so I couldn’t get it to work. What’s so great about VRay? He’s also supposed to send RenderMan whatever that is.
