a question sought long ago, I thought I’d chime in for any designer considering a purchase and promote my Intuos 4 (medium).

It’s a great size that I carry along w/ my laptop and the wheel dial works really well w/ AutoCAD and Rhino applications. Most people know how well the tablets work with ADOBE programs, but I have certainly enjoyed adapting it into drafting programs.

hey ‘nrschmid’… I was paging through the discussions, ( procrastinating), and noticed your note; actually noticed your location. any interest in IIT’s program?

I’m currently in it and finishing up my 1st year. I was really interested in the profession for the past few years, but had strong roots here in the windy-city ( family, house). I’d do an annual/ even quarterly search for a related program and finally discovered and jumped into IIT’s program.
