Another Rendering program that I have come to love is 3D Studio Max Design. You can set materials on the surfaces in sketchup along with camera positions and 3D Max will remember those when it brought into the program. Quality renderings and super easy to create quality renderings.

Widzisz ten nadzór ma objąć tez ewentualne zmiany w tzw projekcie, nie tylko zieleni ale tez wszystkich branż – autor przeniósł prawa autorskie na gminę i na wszelkie pytania odpowiada ze zrobił projekt 3 lata temu i nic więcej nie zrobi. Skoro autor nie zrobi, a gmina dostała dofinansowanie z UE i musi pieniądze wydać…

no to mam pytanie, jak jest mozliwy nadzor nad projektem ktorego nie ma? czyzby trzeba bylo zaznaczac w umowie ze nadzor wymaga pełnej dokumentacji wykonawczej, tzn. że ty tego nie robisz, bo ci za to nie placa 🙂

Pan dr.inz architekt …na uprzejma prośbę urzędu czy mógłby choć w dwg dostarczyć projekt powiedział ze wykonał go 3 lata temu i teraz już nie da:) Cholera nie wiem jak mamy wykonać układ chodników bez skromnego choćby wymiarowania (już nie mowie o układzie współrzędnych dla geodety). Dostałam do nadzorowania wykonanie projektu parku autorstwa pana dr.inz. architekta…oczywiście jedno wielkie g****.
