BUSINESS HELPS 17 years, 3 months agoMack,
I think Errors and Omissions Insurance is usually a policy that the firm keeps on itself, you may change Insurance companies from time to time but the insurance is usually constant. I don’t believe it is available on a job by job basis.

BUSINESS HELPS 17 years, 3 months agoOne more question….E&O is this something needed forever? If I do a job today do I have to carry it till I die or is there a statute of limitations?
Can it be obtained on a month to month or by job basis? -

BUSINESS HELPS 17 years, 3 months agoI wanted to add a comment/question.
I have seen serveral diffrent ways to approch contracts and proposals. One way is keep it very simple, the other it to complicate it to the point of needed a harvard law degree to understand the contract.

Japanese style lol 17 years, 3 months agoSad to see like-a-minds leave the profession and seek totally different jobs these days. Actually I pick small works from Europe/Middle East, and I have not heard much hopeful news in the country for a while. On the other hand, I have come across enthusiastic Japanese garden fan in Europe. So I created the group to share the true stories and info…[Read more]

LSU Robert Reich School of Landscape Architecture 17 years, 3 months agoWe are all back in motion. School started back up monday and the Design building seems to be doing fine. Some of the faculty and students in Baton Rouge still are without power but the majority do have power.
Looks like Ike is bringing some winds and rain but nothing like Gustav so I assume everything will be ok and we won’t have any more setbacks.
