Graphics 17 years, 3 months agoSome answers to a some questions two pages back: I count L. Azeo Torre and William Kirby Lockard….hehe, and Reimon buyco….as inspirations. My weapon of choice for the draw? A Pilot Rollerball for fine lines, any felt tip pen (Pilot or Pentel) for medium weight lines, and any thick marker (Sharpie, inevitably)…all black. On tracing, or plain…[Read more]

Graphics 17 years, 3 months agoTatiana, the best method I found effective is to collect 50% up front then final payment before you release documents/drawings. Let them know up front and in most cases they will be OK with that. When You call them to tell them their project is finished, tell them you will email or fax the invoice to them and to bring it and the payment when they…[Read more]

I have a strong interest in global environmental change, conservation, ecosystem services, sustainability, and how connection with nature benefits human well-being. Habitat Restoration and Mitigation 17 years, 4 months agoI’ve worked on a lot of other restoration projects, establishing wetlands in industrial estates and often roadside habitats. In heavily farmed areas roadside verges are often the only source of remnant vegetation and can therefore be incredibly important for local gene pools.

Habitat Restoration and Mitigation 17 years, 4 months agoWe have an aboriginal education team and indigenous bush foods and tools plantings which are just aobut to be extended through a recent grant. They are based out of a beautiful gum leaf shaped shelter that strangely does not appear on our website. I’ll have to take one myself.

Graphics 17 years, 4 months agoVery excited about this group. Isn’t it interesting that we spend so much of our time perfecting our graphics for presentation purposes, and find more ways to communicate our intent in design, though in the end our designs are usually judged on the ability to properly solve a need or fulfill a desired use (which is appropriate). But what part of…[Read more]
