Thanks Brandon, long time no see. Here in China, I am the Senior Landscape Design Manager at the Venetian in Macau, China. Our resort has 4-30 story hotel towers, 8 pool decks, 3 large interior gardens to rival Vegas and the forecourt or arrival zone will be heavily planted in 4 distinct tropical themes.

Hi all…Just joined and am really interested in Chinese and Japanese landscape architecture. China is what made me switch from International Environmental Policy to Landscape Architecture and so I now feel the need to give back in some way shape or form. Excitement abounds.

Magdo – tak, z tego, co się orientuję, to system nawadniania na terenie publicznych we Wrocławiu i w powiecie nie powinien wymagać uzgodnienia ZUDP. Nie wiem jak jest poza naszym powiatem… Wiem, że różnie się to interpretuje (tak jak niestety większość przepisów).
Pomysł z podstroną dobrych praktyk – bdb! Podtrzymuję 🙂 -

Dominiko – w przypadku instalacji wewnętrznych masz racje – my projektujemy jedynie tereny publiczne i z tym jest problem. Systemy nawadniania (tak jak pisałam poniżej) sa też uznawane jako melioracje szczegółowe a takowe (zgodnie z prawem geodezyjnym, wodnym i budowlanym) nie wymagaja uzgodnienia ZUDP.
