Does anyone have any suggestions on innovative ways of promoting the projects you’re working on?Apart from media and personal websites is there for example other sites which allow to reach wider audience?Thank you.
I will send you an e-mail regarding my situation through land8lounge…
Thanks a lot….
Cheers to you too 🙂
Thank you very much for the link…
I will have a look.
Thank you very much Jards… I have taken notes what you wrote about China. I will see what are the opportunities..
Singapore is sort of a dream for me right now but i was just thinking what would be the situation in case I end up in Jakarta.
Thanks and regards,
Thank you very much Jon.
Not to apply yet but if you can suggest some firms in Singapore(also in Jakarta) just to have an idea i will be glad.
I am really struggling about finding information on possibilities of working in Singapore or in Jakarta?
I don’t speak Mandarin or Bahasa?
Appreciate any input you can give me…
I would like to see the posted projects, discussions and any kind of news + the events.
I used to think that Ipad was a quite a useless gadget but now that we have it, i can say that I read more than usual. Therefore I agree on the fact that it would be great if we can see the land8 on iphone and ipad.
Maybe it is not exactly time to discuss this…[Read more]
Thank you very much for the link.
I think we also have photos from the installation you have sent form Chelea Flower Show. My boss went to see it last year.
The link of the comany seems very nice. I would appreciate your help if I have any questions about the site.
Thanks and saluti from Istanbul.
I believe that the client has enough sources to support the wall but maybe it is difficult to make them understand why it has to be changed. In the end, they might think that we are using the wrong plants…
Well, it is quite normal when you are dealing with new things…
Thanks for the suggestions.
Grazie per il PDF. E’ molto utile anche per i miei collegi.
Tanti saluti da Istanbul!
Of course. We would appreciate if you could use the name of the company I work for.(Botanic Garden,Istanbul)
Thank you for the suggestions. I will let the client know about covering the wall in snowy day.
Though still; I think it should be ok to change the plants if they go bad.
We will see how it is going to be this summer. 🙂
Thanks a lot once…[Read more]
Actually, I have completed this vertical garden project. There is a picture among my photos and you can also find an article about it in the internet site of Landscape Middle East Magazine. (http://www.landscape-me.com/show-articles.php?id=4)
For now, it’s still doing fine but we had some rough winter and it snowed a lot here in Istanbul. Some…[Read more]
Thanks a lot. I think we might have some companies in Turkey giving similar services. I’ll check about it.
Thanks for the detailed information.
I have some questions though;
1. You use two layers of this fabric on the panels, right?
2. How do you attach the fabric on the panel. Blanc uses staplers. I just wonder if I have to attach them on the panel at the same time or seperately?
3. Is it ok if we give the fertilizer with spray?
Note: The panel is…[Read more]
Thanks a lot for the answer. Actually I agree with you for using the climber plants but there is a fashion for this vertical garden of Mr. Blanc and the client insists on this style. Hopefully soon I will have to apply and I let you know if I succeed or not.
Thank you very much once again.
Thank you very much for the information. I want to use the system that Patrick Blanc uses. It’s not just because it’s simply easy but also the site is quite ready and we cannot interfere with the materials on the terrace. I am developing the design these days and I thought as the irrigation will be on top of the platform , rthe plants on top will…[Read more]
Thank you very much. I checked your folio. Congrats on the design! I just discussed the issue with our irrigation specialist and she told me the same thing you have mentioned above. I will also check the company you have suggested. Hope everything is gonna be fine and I will succeed the installation.
I guess hydroponic, not sure but same as Partick Blanc. The structure of his system seems easier to apply and the materials could be found without any difficulty.
I wonder if only one irrigation pipe at the top of the panel would be enough for the plants and how should I manage the fertilization?
Thanks a lot.
Thank you very much. It’s always nice to get suggestions from experienced Landscape Architects as yourselves. I’ll try to follow and let you know about the result.
Thank you very much Chris. I probably share a common problem with other Landscape Architects. Hopefully in time, it will change!
Greetings from Istanbul!
