hello everyone. i would like to make this competition a reality, if anyone would like to help: set up the framework for the competition, gain attention of land8lounge, gather prizes, ect… i could really use the help as i am working on finishing my thesis currently. Thanks Tim and Cynthia. Next webinar will really get into strategic thinking about perspectives and drawing composition – my favorites! I’ll cook up some more video clips and hopefully control the camera focus a bit more than in last night’s program.

Webinar was really great – nice mix of refresher and new info. So helpful to keep up to date on materials and processes and see through Jim’s crystal ball into the future.

I like the idea of a digital badge to put on your profile pic like some site overseers have the 8 logo in theirs

think there should be a small fee so there could be a prize? idk how this would work but i would like to put something up make things real. we should come up with a digital badge for your profile… that would be cool.
 

well, any suggestions would be appreciated… its still a concept now so lets make it great. i want some excitement…

Personally, I would rather see it opened up to other render engines as well, partially because I use a different one than 3DS now, and also because it would be a good way for people unfamiliar with the strengths of different programs to see what they can do.

Christopher- The thing that stood out the most is your resume. Move your education down towards the bottom- below everything other than maybe affiliations. With it on top, above professional experience, you are making it look like it is more important than your actual work.
