Stefan

Stefan is a Professional Landscape Architect with more than 10 years’ experience and has a vibrant approach to project conceptualisation, landscape design, environmental planning and problem solving. He is passionate about understanding the numerous layers of the landscape. Extracting and interpreting from these layers are the key informants to his design solutions. “We strive to design habitats and people orientated spaces that are connected and integrated with the natural and cultural context. I always draw my inspiration from the subtle interactions between the natural-, cultural-, historical- and social environment that shapes, develops and sustains the community. It is these delicate interactions that inform the final aesthetic manifestation of our projects.” Stefan enjoys reading and exploring. He has a strong passion and love for the South African landscape, especially the Karoo.
