This is an overview image of a design that a team I collaborated with proposed in 2010 to a design competition. The design had to meet square footage performance goals for residential and commercial space. Our design wanted to meet or exceed these performance goals while maintaining the existence of a outdoor plaza space that this infill project would be replacing.
