GOOGLE EARTH view of this 900 Unit Class A Apartment Community in Austin, Texas. A very steep site with extensive grading and stone retaining walls. 2 large pool amenity areas. Totally handicap accessible site. I designed the monument signage, pool areas, site grading plan, walk layout, site lighting, planting design & worked closely with the Irrigation Designer.
