The new $5 Million, 20,000 Sq. Ft. Luxury Residence is under construction now on a steep, 8.5 Acre Site in NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE. I am providing full LA Design services for this new home. “Mookie Betts” last season, played PRO Baseball for the Boston Red Sox’s…Winning the World Series (He was selected as the American League MVP that year). He was just recently been traded to the LA Dodgers & is considered to be the #2 Best Player in Major League Baseball. This home will be the couple’s “Winter Home” during the 4 month Off-Season of MLB.
The Pool Area Plans are currently in progress. This home will be completed in the Fall of 2010,

P.S….Correction: That “Winter Home” for Mookie Betts will be completed in early 2021.
And, interesting to note that Mookie Betts was traded to the LA Dodgers before the 2020 Baseball Season. The LA Dodgers went on to WIN “The 2020 World Series”. Mookie Betts tied a record in 1 of those World Series Games with Babe Ruth. He also hit a Game winning Home Run in Game #6 to help LA Win The World Series.
