Conceptual plan for a neo-traditional development in Athens, GA. The plan was drawn for a third year design studio at the University of Georgia. The overarching theme of the design was to incorporate the single family residences with the rest of the development. I accomplished this by breaking the retail spaces (red roofed buildings) into separate clusters all centered around a large green-space.
