   I designed this Pool Amenity Area @ a Texas A&M University College Student Housing Community (that’s located approx. 2 miles from the campus and football stadium)…..in 1997 (20 yrs. after I graduated from Texas A&M University). This is probably the largest swimming pool I have designed in my LA career (and I have designed over 450 pools).

   This pool is approx. 4,000 sq. ft. Pool deck contains approx. 12,000 sq. ft. Pool has a Water Volleyball area, Swim Lane section and a Water Basketball section. In the center is an island….additional pool deck. A Water Feature is located just outside the rear of the Clubhouse. After this Apartment Community was opened, the Management Co., set up a Saturday Party for all of the residences and their friends…approx. 120 people attended that party (I somehow misplaced photos I took at that Party that I wish I still had).

   Along with this Swimming Pool Area…..I also designed: The Site Grading Plan; Site Lighting Plan, Walk layout for the community; Planting Design & Plant List/Landscape Specifications……and worked closely with the Irrigation Designer to ensure the design put out 100% coverage of the site.

   This Apartment Community was developed by “Fairfield Development, LLC. – in Dallas, Texas)…..This Apartment Property is 1 of 105 Apartment Communities I designed for Fairfield (between 1993 and 2005).

   P.S…..There is also a “Jacuzzi” in this pool area (not shown)…..that is round and approx. 14 ft. in dia.
