Based on some of the degree changes I’ve been hearing about lately I can only conclude that there are probably a lot of people in LA for the wrong reasons.

Yes, but you do know that one thing that caused the 1929 Crash was the Wild West mentality of the stock market during the “Roaring 20’s”. So essentially your saying the Laizzes Faire behavior after the crash of 1920 led to a prolonged recession in 1929. Got it. Sounds about right.

Most of the rules are in the health code including fencing, but the second story deck is not turning up for me. I’m probably just going to have to wait until I can call tomorrow.
The best that I could find was all the way over in Washington state …. 15′ horizontal. -

You might also want to check your state or local health code, as that is where many of the pool regulations reside.

Red is good luck in the Chinese culture. Much of the design and symbolism has to do with inviting luck in to the home and persons.

Jason, the issue is the kamakazi diver rather than the normal walking around the pool issue.
Henry, I will call the building inspector for the town that it will be in tomorrow, but I’m trying to get a draft out tonight.

Aren’t second story decks, or any elevated deck for that matter, usually considered structure and therefore be subject to the same rules as the building?
