I understood LLC’s as a means to protect personal assets from creditors. Since I will not have any debt or creditors, what is the advantage of establishing an LLC in this situation?

The seed isn’t the only part of the plant that is toxic. The point I was making is that not all plants are appropriate or safe for all locations.

I was in your situation a few years ago and decided that a council record was an unnecessary expense. Other people are free to disagree, of course, but I think a council record is a waste of money.
