To Andrew Slater, There are many species of plants from Bamboo, Climbers, Conifers, Grasses, Ground Cover, Palms, Shrubs and Trees suitable, if you can be a little more specific as to location in Hong Kong. I have just won a small design job and looking for a bit of advice.
 
Can anyone give me a short list of plants that would be easy to source in Hong Kong and suitable for planting around an industrial site (ie very low maintenance!)
 
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I am Charles Cobble recently returned to Shanghai from a year or so in Abu Dhabi.  It is good to be back home.  I look forward to learning more about not only the design of landscape in Asia  but also the business of it as well.  I hope you all are as busy as you want to be.

Landscape architects always get confused for “landscapers” and until the general public understand the profession of landscape architecture, this will never change.
