									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Using the historical photo of from Google earth can sometimes help with the tree coverage issue.  Look for a photo that was taken in the winter or shortly after construction to fill in the gaps that are not visible on a more recent aerial.  </p>

<p>Clingmans Dome isn&#8217;t far from there. Has great views (on a clear day) of the smokey mnts. Four states are visible.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My company will often place some rotors around the perimeter of the turf area that can be manually turned on to cool down the area before use.</p>
<p>I do not have experience with playing any sports on it. As far as humidity being a concern here in AZ it tends to dissipate pretty quick, and any that does hang around is usually a blessing to athletes.</p>

Haven&#8217;t had to delve into the irrigation side of things but if it&#8217;s as easy as planting it should be no problem. I work in a design/build and the guys in the field have a better idea of what is required as far as pipe runs and valve locations.</p>

On top of that I have added LandFX which is quickly growing to be a great landscape specific software. It does work with other cad type programs as well.
