I agree that the title is confusing and that it is a problem that has been with us from the start.
Olmstead struggled with the awkwardness of the title, at one point refering to the practice as “sylvan art.”

My firm uses LandFX and we are very happy with it. I’vd discussed this elswhere, but its a great program and you recieve great service from thier IT assistance.

If you’re in an AutoCAD firm, not Microstation or AchiCAD…
Then I recommend LandFX software for irrigation/planting plans and details, unlike other add-ons to AutoCad (like Civil3D) you dont need landfx to actually see the blocks, and as long as you dont explode or copy them you can move them around, (in case you have to trade files with the…[Read more]
