Thames Barrier Park is well worth a look. Design museum is interesting if weather is bad, and there’s some good landscaping along the Thames near there.
The Singapore Insitute of Landscape Architects was my starting point, but there’ll be other firms not listed with them. Basically, use Google to find firms.
@Jards – thanks for that info, really useful. I’m keen to work anywhere in Asia, I think I’d enjoy the experience.
I’ve been contacting a few firms based in Singapore. No joy as yet, but their websites indicate they’re recruiting.
No real knowledge of Jakarta, but I believe English is spoken in many Singaporean firms.
