I think that these days, everybody’s digital graphics look exactly the same.  They all have the cutout trees, desaturated people and so forth.  I think sketches really convey more emotion and add a personal style to a rendering.  Let’s face it, by now everybody knows sketchup and photoshop to the point where renderings are boring. Well out here in California, my professors have been telling me that it’s starting to pick back up. I have to admit that I would definitely not want to work for free just to earn experience in some internship. I think that honest work deserves an honest paycheck regardless of age or work experience. It’s just part of my religion.
