Anyone knows how to get a digital Cadastral plan of Shanghai??? Online on a website, or by email through the Planning Service of the city ? It s for a student project… And i m currently in Germany so i cant be physically there… I d be glad for your massive, short, quick answers ! With ny best, best regards, Paul
