Here’s some trees I got a couple years back. They’re even labeled which is nice but due to size constraints I can’t send each individual tree already cut out. Just layer use selective color tool in PS and they come up pretty nice

I got a bunch of stuff for max. Onyx TreeStorm which is pretty good though memory intensive depending on the amount of polygons.

Has anybody seen Vray RT the new realtime renderer? Looks really good….

I found this blog from a guy at squintopera. I haven’t looked at it much yet but
it seems pretty good.

I also like in the tutorial how he applied aging to the building concrete.

This is a pretty sweet plugin, much better than messing around with cutout maps

Has anybody used the Ivy Generator for max? It is really good. plus it is free. This guy used it on the side of the building.

My favourite is the last one and I think the inclusion of text makes it especially interesting

Agree with Ken and Blake. There’s also some nurseries that specialize in natives. Yerba Buena Nursery south of SF has a demonstration garden with labeled plants and the owners are VERY knowledgeable. Katrina, to clarify, UCBG and Tilden are in Berkeley and Merritt College is in Oakland.

The South Lake Tahoe and North Lake Tahoe Demonstration Gardens show a plethora of California Native plants used in the high Sierra. These gardens give great examples of California Native plants at diffrent stages of development.
