At Umass we made shirts and sold them to benifit our Student ASLA Chapter. Obviously we photoshopped out MANHATTAN and dropped in LAND ARCH instead… I’m sure there’s a copyright infringement somewhere in there, but they sold like hotcakes.

Why not make it really personal and design your own? Get some of that tee shirt transfer paper for your inkjet. They don’t last forever, but they are fun and easy to do. All you need to do is make whatever graphic you want either on the computer (or scan hand work) and print it.

OK, your question brought out the geek in me. Plus, being unemployed I need to keep my skills sharp… Here’s what I came up with…

150′ x 1′ x 3″ = 37.5 cubic feet of water to fill the runnel 3 inches deep.

1 cubic foot = 7.4805 gallons

also keep in mine if you plan to get a sheet of water to flow across or fall from a surface the surface must be perfectly level. keep in mine the materials and constructibility.

What is the difference in grade from the top of the runnel to the bottom? I will ask that question for all, and offer the suggestion that the larger grade difference the higher the ability to generate audible turbulence via gravity.
