They will be getting full sun, which is why I was concerned about using the d.g. around them since I didn&#8217;t want them to burn up in the valley heat&#8230;.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So Rob, are you saying that the drought tolerant shrubs shouldn&#8217;t be planted along with agaves or just don&#8217;t use mulch? The agaves are going to be planted at the high point of the planter so drainage is moving away from them.</p>

You can also find some of them out on amazon for pretty decent prices. Check them out. They helped me and helped me understand landscape architecture a little bit more while I was going to school.</p>

I would highly suggest it. It was nice just using my studio time to do this. and they aren&#8217;t that big. I have a lot of different techniques. Some purely digital while others are purely hand drawn and painted, what me and my mentor, Andy Wilcox who teaches at CSU Pomona&#8217;s LA Dept., like to call built images.
