If you love design, find a couple of good contractors you can send work to on a regular basis. They will (or should) pay you a commission or referal fee for the work you refer to them. hello ate shawie, Leo the man and kuya rics…hehe..m based in my hometown cagayan de oro practicing LA here. hmm..puro residential nga lang…not very lucrative. tsaka napag iwanan na ata ako ng panahon..hehe..very isolated here from all the activities in manila. I’m very happy to hear from you guys..
