They block searches for sensitive words, but they don’t block websites (except for FB and Youtube). One can still get into Wikipedia, or many international news websites from within China. And most Chinese can read and write in English since it’s taught in school. If they really wanted to know something, it’s not that difficult to get the info online.

so sorry.  I just looked up that thesis and it is not what I thought it was.  Someone at UGA had a very similar thesis in 1997 or 1998.

I love the Article and I love seeing that there are people and COMPANIES that are strong on future US growth.  I also think this will be great for our profession, employment once again as people invest in the US.  Made my day!!
