    Hey Robert,

Thanks for getting up with me. I work for a firm in RTP, well, the Raleigh Durham Area. Its a Arch and Land Planning firm. I use AutoCAD, AC Map and SKP. I have AC Civil 3D but have never used it.

I’m working on large sites with lots of topo lines from government GIS sites, SID files..

1st I want to assign elevations to the topo lines.

2nd I want to input the proposed topo lines then learn how to calculate the cut and fill for the site in civil 3d.

Feel free to email me directly if you like. Thanks again for attempting to help out.

I worked for a firm in Beijing for 7 months then Shanghai for another 6. I’m moving to HK in January without a job but I should be able to find one. Email me with any questions. I have a 2 friends that recruit for the design industry in China.

I just failed it for the second time.
    What materials did you use?
I’m so frustrated with D. It’s the only section I have left.

    Thanks,

Any luck with study material? I just failed it for the second time and need to figure out what to study. Thanks.

What sections are you looking for?

    hahaha, some funny responses.

    I haven’t had a problem.
I passed 4 of 6 the first go, passed site planning this past December on my second try and taking D in March for the second time. They aren’t the easiest but if ya study and work with stuff daily you should be able to pass them.

I have some digital study material if anyone needs it.
I had to pay some ass for it but I’m willing to email it out for free.

    No, 1.5 years.

When I was first laid off I was still a member of ULI and was in a Young Leaders group with all developers and a few lawyers. They all said It would turn around within the next few months and I said no way. That was a year ago. I don’t things will get better until next year.
