actually… autocad is available on mac now: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/pc/index?id=15421056&siteID=123112 . they released it about 6 months after i switched back to a PC… in part b/c at the time it wasn’t available (it was that and ArcGIS).

i agree. even though we’re all in a way competing with each other, not operating in complete isolation is indeed a good thing.

yeah, i wondered about that. the hi res 3d trees seem to slow the program down considerably.
