Furthermore, I choose this style to better express my inner feelings. There is a pedestrian walkway in my neighborhood (Banafsheh neighborhood, Mashhad, Iran) which I walk in every day, and I found it ideal if I could change some of its details, and of course I did on my sketch. The main aim of this sketch was to design a human space, which was based on following human scale and sense of calm. I used black and gray random marker, unipen and HB pencils for drawing”.
4. by Pete Bonette, Wi-design Landscape Architecture “This Concept sketch is of a seating and contemplative area in a rear yard, as part of a memorial to a grandchild. The stone retaining wall is approximately 15″ high. The drawing is made with a marker and colored pencil on trace”. 3. by Ng Sheng Jie, a student of Master in Landscape Architecture (UPM), Malaysia “This sketch is produced when I woke up in the early morning from not-able-to-sleep because this scene kept coming out from my mind. However, I’m motivated from my last Urban Design class on designing of an urban green node in Masjid Jamek, Kuala Lumpur. The materials are artline 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3, Copic markers and rendered in photoshop”. Drawing Related Articles:- Top 10 YouTube Tutorials for Technical Drawing

2. by Julian Kerremans, just graduated as a landscape architect at University College Ghent, KASK, School of Arts, Belgium “This sketch was made for a school assignment to make it visually better and nicer. We had to make a poster describing a historical landscape. So to make the poster look nicer and give it something extra, I choose to make some sketches instead of using photo’s that I took. The sketch is made by first sketching out the general lines by using a pencil. After that, I started making these sketches by using Black ink pens. The location I made these Sketches of is from a village in Belgium, called Laarne. As you can see on these sketches there is a very old castle and church. Between those 2 you have an avenue with trees planted in different rows”.
1. by Sebastian Varela Baino “I drew this remembering the place where my friends and I used to drink some beers in my hometown, one of the hottest states of Argentina, San Miguel de Tucumán. The technique is mixed, I used ballpoint pens, some kurecolors for the greys, and a quill pen. I´m also a comic maker, so that may explain the type of expression you see”. – That’s this week’s Sketchy Saturday Top 10, congratulations to all of you who featured, you have come out on top of a very talented bunch of people.
