thank u Scott for your recommendation. Yes I am now working for an experienced company. Not the best company in design in my opinion but still there’re things that I can learned from. Heard some companies which are good in design are tough towards their employees i.e. working for long hrs etc.  Can’t have everything in one place I supposed.

While it’s exciting working in a fast-paced metropolis such as Shanghai where we to get to see our design implemented quickly, I am not convinced that employees should be working OT regularly like nothing without getting extra pay.

lol… certainly, I agree with you. I get what you mean. Ultimately it’s the attitude than credentials. The problem I have now is getting myself hired and often employers only looking for credentials. Sad.
