Just want to give this a Bump since the last post were in 2012….. I am looking to taking the Florida Exam  in the beginning of 2016. Any Advice on what to study?

this has been somewhat an aggravating experience because of the conflicting arguments that i have been receiving. What we need is something like what NCARB offers for the architects.

So I just spoke to the Department of Professional License for the state of Virginia and they said that yes three years of internship must be completed prior to sitting for the exams.
I also spoke to CLARB and they said that I first need to satisfy any state regulations and than contact them to proceed further with license.

Do you happened to know off the top of your head if I can begin taking my exams immediately or I need to complete the three years of internship prior to sitting for the exams?   I called DPOR this morning and waiting to hear back.

one nice thing about the design field in academia is that you dont always need to be holding that elusive PHD. have your MLA a good portfolio and a few competition wins and you’ll  be just as good as a phd candidate. the PHD always help though.

I am using rhino 3d its a great software and easy to use, if you now how to use autocad  you can use rhino.

Yep same project but im not concentrated on fort circle park persay, im not looking to connect them physically but more so brand them with a common theme. at least thats what im after this moment.

I love the school up here its small and much more intimate. It serves as a consortium school so there are many students that come here from all over the country and study for a semester or a year.
