Our office had an unprecedented number of applications for the internships we offer. So I assume students are feeling the pressure, too.

I particularly like the fact that you used a blue sheet of stucco netting to contract the landscape with the man-made. Not just a green wall, but a creative artistic statement about the urban condition. Well done indeed!

In this part of northern Colorado, which granted is evidently a different market than even Denver just 40 miles or so further south I have been sensing some optimism. We work closely with builders and subdivision developers specifically and there are new projects springing up in that realm.
